We are not offering free trial classes at this time. Please contact us directly to set up your lesson. Equipment/uniform purchase may be required for lessons. Customized one on one training with a Rothwell MMA coach will quickly improve your martial art skills. Private lessons are available for $50 per hour. Students must receive instructor approval to attend advanced BJJ and Kickboxing sparring. Beginners are always welcome and are encouraged to work at their own pace and comfort level. Upon arrival, staff will split the class into groups based on experience level and lesson plan. On your first day, please arrive about 15 minutes early to receive your equipment/uniform. Bring something to drink and come prepared to sweat. We train barefoot and use Defense Soap foot baths prior to participation. Wear comfortable clothing to your first class. Please walk your child to and from the front door since we have a busy parking lot. You are welcome to come inside to talk with staff or purchase items. To keep capacity to a minimum, we are not allowing spectators, parents, or siblings to watch class.
